What is the West Norfolk Tai Chi Group?

WNTCG is an informal group of people, throughout Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, who have in common that they are practicing Tai Chi under the West Norfolk Tai Chi banner.
There are classes, mornings and evenings, throughout Kings Lynn and West Norfolk. These are held at leisure centres and halls in Kings Lynn, Downham Market and Hunstanton.
Most practice for health and fitness and relaxation benefits and some like to work on the Martial Art aspect of Tai Chi. All practice because they enjoy Tai Chi.
