Tai Chi a hit at Oasis Centre

'TAI CHI sessions have become so popular at Hunstanton's Oasis Centre that new classes are being added to the programme.
The first basic course started last year and those students have just received their certificates for completing their training.
Fitness consultant at the Oasis, Diane Lincoln: "The twice weekly classes have been incredibly popular. So much so that we are now running an advanced class later on Tuesday evenings for those who want to go on to the next stage."
She pointed out that there are also gentle tai chi sessions which are linked in with the Oasis Centre's 50-plus programme that includes water aerobics and other non-stressful exercise sessions.'
